The company recently gave the A5 a significant upgrade to make it look even more desirable than before. Also, as a part of the overhaul, the car has received a good amount of new features as well.

The A5 is targeted primarily at the younger section of the car buying public, and to appeal to them, Audi has ensured that the A5 is stocked full of features. A premium 19 speaker sound system from Bang & Olufsen that pounds out 755 watts, a panoramic sunroof, a 3-zone automatic climate control, and the latest generation Audi MMI 8.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system have found their way to the new A5.

The car also comes with the fabulous 12.3 inch Audi Virtual Cockpit digital instrument console, voice and handwriting recognition, full LED adaptive headlight clusters, heated front seats that can be electrically-adjusted in 8 directions, ambient interior lighting, driver’s seat position memory, handsfree tailgate release, and multiple driving modes that the driver can toggle between using the Audi Drive Select function.

The A5 is technically available with only one engine option, as the more powerful alternative is badged the Audi S5. The A5 gets a 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder, turbocharged engine that produces 252 hp and 273 lb. ft. of torque. The S5, on the other hand, gets a more powerful 3.0 liter, turbocharged V6 that develops 354 hp and 369 lb. ft. of torque.
A5 buyers can choose either a 6 speed manual or a 7 speed, double clutch automatic gearbox. Those who go in for an S5 get an 8 speed automatic gearbox. However, both vehicles get Audi’s Quattro all wheel drive layout.
