Aston Martin Stock Photos – Coupes, Sedans, and Sportscars

Aston Martin is perhaps one of the most iconic creators of beautifully crafted luxury vehicles and sportscars. The company’s heritage is so deeply rooted that they have held a British Royal Warrant as a supplier of automobiles to the Prince of Wales for the past three decades. Cars from Aston Martin’s fleet have also found stardom, as they have been the vehicle of choice for the legendary cinematic British spy, James Bond, for several years.

The company was established over a century ago in the year 1913 in Gaydon, a town in the Warwickshire County of The UK. The Aston Martin headquarters is located in close proximity of the erstwhile Gaydon V-bomber aircraft base of the Royal Air Force- the reason behind Aston’s tradition of giving many of their vehicles names that start with the letter V.

Aston Martin Coupes

Aston Martin Coupes

If you want to feel like 007 while driving to your boardroom meeting or your cocktail party, you’ve got to get the Aston Martin DB11. This $215,000 coupe is the latest in a series of “DB” badged cars from the company and it is driven by a 5.2 liter V12 that has two turbos bolted onto it to produce 600 hp. Factor in lightweight but extremely rigid chassis and its extremely aerodynamic shape, and you have a car that goes as fast as it looks!

When it comes to looks, the DB11 may be considered a bit controversial. However, there is another grand tourer from the company that is indisputable as one of the best-looking cars ever to have been created in automotive history. What we’re talking about, of course, is the almost $300,000 Aston Martin Vanquish S.

Breathtaking to behold, this car has a 6.0L, naturally aspirated, V12 heart (no turbo lag!) that belts out 600 hp. To shed the weight that made previous Vanquish models a handful to drive, the car is now made almost entirely of space age carbon fiber. As a result, the new Vanquish S can bolt from 0-62 mph in 3.5 seconds and easily crack the 200 mph barrier.

Aston Martin Sedans

Although the Rapide S is a 4-door sedan, don’t let it fool you into thinking that it’s a slouch. It is, after all, an Aston Martin. This sports saloon has a 6.0L V12 engine that has been upgraded a couple of times during its lifecycle so far. As a result, it now sends 552 bhp to its wheels, enabling this superbly luxurious vehicle to dispatch the 0-62 mph run in just 4.2 seconds and cresting 203 mph. The cost of the Aston Martin Rapide S is pegged at just under $210,000.

Aston Martin Sportscars

Aston Martin has collaborated with Zagato, an Italian coachbuilding and design house at many points in their history to come out with some exemplary cars. The latest in a long line is the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato, a 580 bhp beast that has an appearance resembling the famous Aston Martin One-77.

The Vanquish Zagato was produced in a limited edition run of 99 units only, and all of them were sold out even before its official launch. The company is also on track to bring out their stunning new supercar, the Aston Martin Valkyrie, in 2018.

Aston Martin Sales and Special Offers

The company usually sells under 1,000 units on an annual basis in the United States. Sales figures of the company in European markets are higher, having sold 1,508 units in 2016. In Europe, Aston sold 211 vehicles in June 2017, which is an increase of over 44.5% from the 146 cars that were sold in June 2016.

In order to facilitate the purchasing of their cars, Aston Martin has leasing plans on their entire fleet. These plans typically entail an initial payment followed by monthly instalments paid over a span of 1-2 years. A final payment at the end transfers ownership to the buyer completely.
