BMW M4 Review: Pictures, Price, Specs, and More
BMW, the makers of the M4, has a solid reputation for producing vehicles that are fantastic to drive. Whether it is a hatchback, a sedan, an SUV or anything else, you can be sure that it’ll handle and perform beautifully. Their regular production series itself is great on the road, so needless to say, BMW’s M division cars are in a league of their own. As you’ll find out from this article, the new BMW M4 is cut from the same cloth.

The 4 Series is the two door coupe sibling of the 3 Series, and the M division has worked their magic over it to create the M4. As part of the reworking done by the M division, the car has been kitted out with bigger tyres, high performance brakes, a more powerful engine, souped up suspension and more aggressive design.

BMW M4 Powertrain
The heart of the BMW M4 is a 3.0 liter, twin turbocharged, straight 6 cylinder engine that belts out 425 hp and 406 lb. ft. of torque. A 6 speed manual comes as standard, but buyers can go in for an optional 7 speed double clutch automatic transmission. Thanks to details such as an Active M differential and construction that makes extensive use of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, the car can go around corners like lightning. Also, if you drive at a BMW Performance Center, the electronic speed limit will be raised for you from 155 mph to 174 mph.
