Safety features such as autonomous forward braking, that detects obstacles in front of the car and automatically hits the brakes are available as an optional extra.

Other features in the new Forte include multiple driving modes, cruise control, a 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, a sunroof, a smart boot-lid that will pop open by itself if you stand behind it with the key for a few seconds, dual zone automatic climate control, and multiple driving modes. Depending on the trim level, you get either 15 inch steel wheels or alloy wheels that are either 16 or 17 inchers.

The Kia is powered by two different 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder motors; the first producing 147 hp and the second putting out 164 hp. Buyers can also choose between a 6 speed manual transmission and a 6 speed automatic gearbox. The car also comes with sports-tuned suspension and three different driving modes to provide a better motoring experience.
